However, Niloufar was not pleased with the conventional way of winemaking. Therefore, she decided to continue her journey at the Reyneke vineyard in Stellenbosch, South Africa, where she learned about biodynamic viticulture. That same year, she traveled to Nibiru in Kamptal, Austria, where she further immersed herself in biodynamic practices and learned to make wines without any additions.

After gaining several years of experience it was time for Niloufar to take the next step. As a traveling winemaker, she began traveling through Europe in her trusted van Bennie, seeking opportunities to create her own natural wines. This journey led her to the Alt Penedès in Spain, where she rents two plots and has been producing her own wines since 2023. Wines like Pink Moon, Mitja Lluna, and Last Dance are the result of Niloufar’s deeply rooted belief in natural wine and her commitment to organic, biodynamic, and regenerative farming. Niloufar’s dream is to make a positive impact by inspiring people to make mindful choices in what they consume, starting with the wines they drink.
